OREF's Online Forms are offered through ZipLogix's online platform: ZipForm. There are three packages to choose from that as an OREF subscriber, you can access for an annual fee based on a 12-month subscription. The packages for Oregon Licensees residing in Oregon, whose NAR membership also originates from Oregon** are:

ZipForm Professional: The price for access to the ZipForm Professional online program is $79 per year. The completely online forms package works from any computer, once parameters are set. You can perform transactions and email them directly from within the program. This package allows you to import MLS information with an active ML# through the mlsConnect* feature.

ZipForm Standard: The price for the desktop version, ZipForm Standard, is $79 per year. This downloadable package stays on your hard drive, no constant internet connection needed; although, you would have to get connected to get relevant updates. This is the ideal package for users in areas with inconsistent internet connections. Please note that this package does not work with the mlsConnect* feature.

ZipForm Elite: This package includes BOTH the online form program and the desktop version. Work in the field or in the office and then synchronize the two with ease! The price for ZipForm Elite is $119 per year. The best of both worlds- have the Elite on your laptop, and even if you go to a remote location, you can fill out transactions through your desktop version and then synchronize it to your online version once you have your internet connection back. Then you can store, email, and proceed with your online forms including importing listing information from an active ML# through the mlsConnect* feature.

* Applies only with MLS services that have agreed to provide mlsConnect services through ZipLogix. Check to see if your MLS is does.
